Ameriprise Monetary has booked a cost for a $50 million penalty from the Securities and Alternate Fee over using digital messaging platforms.
In Ameriprise’s annual report, launched Feb. 24, the agency states that it has responded to SEC doc and data requests “relating to the preservation of sure business-related communications despatched on digital messaging platforms that haven’t been authorised” by the agency.
