KKR finalizes acquisition of remaining stake in International Atlantic

Re/insurance coverage funding agency KKR & Co. has finalized its acquisition of the remaining 37% stake in The International Atlantic Monetary Group, a transfer that brings its whole possession to 100%. This growth follows KKR’s preliminary majority stake acquisition in International Atlantic in 2021.
