Iowa-based TrueNorth Firms has introduced a collection of management modifications geared toward reinforcing the agency’s place as a number one threat administration and insurance coverage brokerage.

Efficient January 2024, TrueNorth has appointed Robynn Westphal (pictured above, left) as chief authorized officer. In her new position, Westphal oversees a variety of authorized duties together with contracting, negotiations, insurance coverage coverage evaluation, and regulatory points.

Beforehand serving as normal counsel and lead counsel for TrueNorth’s transportation division, Westphal brings intensive expertise and a deep understanding of the agency’s operations to her new place.

Chris Gulker (pictured above, center) has, in the meantime, been promoted to government vice chairman of transportation, the place he’ll lead the strategic course of TrueNorth’s transportation division. Gulker’s tenure at TrueNorth spans over a decade, throughout which he has considerably contributed to the division’s progress and success.

Samantha Rogers (pictured above, proper) has joined TrueNorth as vice chairman of human sources, a job introduced final December. Rogers brings a wealth of expertise in human sources administration, promising to boost TrueNorth’s office tradition and dedication to worker improvement.

Along with these appointments, Trent Tillman has transitioned to president and chief income officer from his earlier position as government vice chairman of the transportation division. Randy Rings, former chief authorized officer, will proceed to serve on the board as secretary and has taken on the position of managing director in TrueNorth’s First MainStreet platform, working carefully with government vice chairman Dru Bridges.

The strikes are a part of TrueNorth’s long-term imaginative and prescient to make sure the corporate’s continued success and legacy within the trade.
