Vanguard Buys New Campus in Charlotte


Vanguard has acquired a 91-acre property with a brand new 700,000-square-foot constructing in Charlotte, North Carolina, for its 2,400 staff within the area.

It purchased the property from Centene Company, a managed healthcare agency, for $117 million, in accordance with the Charlotte Enterprise Journal.
